All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Any additional charges for remote locations will be shown at checkout, if applicable.
Order Tracking

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and package photos.
