Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during transit.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is defective or unfit for use.
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used food products.
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
• Items returned after the 48-hour reporting window.
• Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please share the following details with our support team:

• Product name
• Reason for return/refund
• Clear photos of the product and package

Refund Process

• Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
